Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Australia only. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery:

  • Sydney Metro: 2–4 business days
  • Australia Wide: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number.

Do you ship from Australia?

Yes. We carry all of our own inventory and ship every order directly from Sydney, Australia. This allows us to dispatch orders quickly, maintain strict quality control and provide faster delivery times across Australia.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging.

What if I receive a faulty product?

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
